Subsidizing affordability
Caldsted residents pay a fraction of typical senior-living costs because the Foundation underwrites the difference. Your gift directly preserves that affordability.
Buildings & grounds
Apartments, common rooms, kitchens, gardens, and the shuttle that gets neighbors to the grocery — all of it costs something to keep welcoming.
Resident programs & services
Twenty meals a week, weekly housekeeping, transportation, maintenance — the everyday services that make independent living possible.
